Design of a 160pp crown quarto book featuring interdisciplinary creative projects, based on research by Professor David Sergeant on the visualisation of possible net zero futures. Book edited by Dr Emma Whittaker and published by University of Plymouth Press.
The concept uses the number zero to create 'peep holes' into the visions, while also alluding to 'eyes' and 'targets'. Gradients are derived from the Climate Stripes diagram devised by Professor Ed Hawkins, but with the direction of colours reversed, showing the potential for a cooler climate, if net zero targets were to be realised.
